We try to do as much as needed to achieve the best possible over all result with the smallest, most tissue sparing treatment possible. What means that we do not only care about the length oft the incision but about being as minimal invasive as thinkable. But most of all we care for our patients, to reach the best possible result for the individual needs, because everybody is different.
